ORS works with you to determine a realistic schedule.
ORS validates the schedule with all team members and tracks it throughout the project. This provides objective measures for everyone.
ORS monitors the progress of drawings, permits, submittals, shop drawings, and other related items that may cause delays.

ORS is familiar with industry standards and will manage all aspects of the project as it relates to quality assurance.
Quality assurance continues into construction. Depending on your needs, ORS can review the actual construction work and provide written job site reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
