Closeout & Post Occupancy
Project Closeout is an important part of the project that is often omitted or partially completed. It is important to closeout the project with all of the final documents, warranties, O&M’s, and the owners move in. Closeout is a formal recognition and assurance that all the work has been completed and excepted.
