Closeout & Post Occupancy

Project Closeout is an important part of the project that is often omitted or partially completed. It is important to closeout the project with all of the final documents, warranties, O&M’s, and the owners move in. Closeout is a formal recognition and assurance that all the work has been completed and excepted.

Project Rescue & Conflict Resolution

Sometimes projects have glitches. The reasons can vary. Projects can stall or veer off schedule, costs can escalate, or significant unforeseen conditions present themselves. When this occurs, communication can be difficult, and work may stall. ORS can be the third party that helps get your project moving again. ORS can serve as an industry expert and can offer solutions to your team if there is litigation during or after occupancy.
